William F. Casey III – wcasey@locustcap.com

Mr. Casey is a managing member of Locust Capital Management. He joined LCM in 2009 after a successful corporate finance career. Bill has held senior management positions at some of the most respected global financial institutions including: GMAC, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, Union Bank of Switzerland and Mellon Bank. Bill’s reputation for hard work and aggressive pursuit of results led to a variety of successful leadership assignments in Zurich, London, Brussels, New York, Toronto and Philadelphia. Bill’s technical background in global banking, asset/liability management, and investments as well as his vast administrative experience compliments the partnership at LCM.

Mr. Casey graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Economics/Finance and Temple University’s Executive MBA program.

In addition to being active in squash and golf, Mr. Casey is active in the community where he volunteers his time to the Bacharach Hospital Foundation as Board Member and Lafayette College where he oversees the Philadelphia Resource Council, which is comprised of leadership alumni who are dedicated to enhancing the image and profile of the College in and around the Tri-State area.

Having been raised in South Jersey, Bill has settled in Wyndmoor, PA where he and his wife are raising three children.

Augustine A. Repetto, MST, CFP® - arepetto@locustcap.com

Mr. Repetto is a managing member of Locust Capital Management. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in both investment and tax planning for high net worth families. Mr. Repetto began his career on Wall Street working for several multinational financial institutions including PaineWebber, Bank of New York, and DB Alex Brown. He has been a partner in a wealth and tax advisory firm in Philadelphia, PA and prior to co-founding LCM; he was a Senior Vice President for a multi-family integrated financial service firm.

Mr. Repetto is a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University with a focus in Finance and Marketing. He is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the CFP Certified Board of Standards, and a MD Preferred Financial Advisor.

Mr. Repetto is an active community member and serves on the committee for the Gesu School and Covenant House. Having been raised in South Jersey, Gus has settled in Wyndmoor, PA where he and his wife are raising two sons. He is an avid sportsman and has a passion for cooking Italian cuisine.

Andrew W. Purcell - apurcell@locustcap.com

Mr. Purcell is founding member of Locust Capital. He has most recently spent several years with a global commercial bank as a banking officer before co-founding Locust Capital Management. Prior to this experience, Mr. Purcell spent six years working in business development for a well known securities litigation firm where his time was largely spent monitoring securities portfolios for retail and institutional clients. He also completed a multi-year training program with Prudential Securities in New York City and became a NASD licensed securities trader.

Mr. Purcell has an MBA from Drexel University and graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. He also attended Episcopal Academy and has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hobart College.

Mr. Purcell is a lifelong Philadelphia area resident. He is racquet sport and golf enthusiast, and is an active member of the Racquet Club of Philadelphia where he chairs the Tennis Committee. He lives in Penn Valley with his wife Melissa.

Henry J. Miller III, "Doc" is a Managing Director of Locust Capital. Mr. Miller's responsibilities include Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management for the firm. Prior to Locust Capital Mr. Miller was President of Miller & Company, LLC, a strategic Investment Consultant to institutional investors and Asset Management companies. Mr. Miller has held senior leadership positions with Wachovia Wealth Management, Neuberger Berman, Mellon Financial, CoreStates Bank, and Fidelity. Mr. Miller's Clients have included corporations, high net worth individuals, non-profits, endowments and foundations.

Mr. Miller served in the United States Army from 1968-1970 and is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's College and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

He is currently a board member of the American Institute of Economic Research, Japan USA Society, the Philadelphia Securities Association, and the Starfinder Foundation.

Previously Mr. Miller was a board member of the following organizations: Philadelphia Ballet, Philadelphia Singers, the Bach Festival, the World Affairs Council, the Global Interdependence Center, the Philadelphia World Cup Committee, the British American Chamber of Commerce, the Council on Foreign Relations, the French American Society, Alliance Française and the Chestnut Hill Community Association.

Mr. Miller and his wife Nickie reside in Wyndmoor and their children are grown.

Mr. Feldbaum is a Financial Analyst at Locust Capital. Mr. Feldbaum is charged with assisting the firm with investment analysis, account maintenance, and client relations. Mr. Feldbaum joined Locust Capital having graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. in Economics/Finance. During his time at Lafayette Mr. Feldbaum was a member of the varsity soccer team while also interning for several financial institutions including Locust Capital and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Mr. Feldbaum graduated from Friends Central School and is a lifelong Philadelphia area resident having grown up in Penn Valley.
